At Cuppion, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly and efficiently.

Please read the information below regarding our delivery process.


Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and, where applicable, a valid VAT number has been provided.

Orders placed on our website before 13:00 (CET) on working days are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


Delivery Times

We work with trusted courier partners across Europe.

Delivery times within Europe typically range from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and local courier networks.

Most Western European destinations are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.

UK mainland deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote areas may vary and may take longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions.


Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location

The total delivery cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where possible.

If delivery instructions are provided (for example leaving the parcel in a safe place), the delivery will be considered completed once the courier follows those instructions.


Inspecting Your Delivery

All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

If any items are damaged, faulty, or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged items and the outer packaging

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be accepted.

If no notification is received within 24 hours, the products will be considered accepted and in good condition.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Courier network delays
  • Customs processing for international deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Cuppion cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
