Returns & Faults Policy

 

At Cuppion, we supply products for business customers only. Please read the information below regarding reporting damage, faults, and returns.

Reporting damaged or faulty products

All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

If any products are damaged, faulty, or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged items and the outer packaging

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be accepted.

If we do not receive notification within 24 hours, the products will be considered accepted and in good condition.

Damage caused during unpacking, handling, storage, or misuse after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Sealing machines

If a Cuppion sealing machine is reported as damaged or faulty within the required reporting period:

  • We will repair the machine and return it to you.

Machines must not be returned without our prior approval and return instructions.

When returning a machine, it must be:

  • placed in its original packaging,
  • fully taped and securely sealed, and
  • packaged in a way that prevents damage during transit.

We reserve the right to refuse responsibility for any additional damage caused by inadequate packaging when the machine is returned.

Cuppion machines are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Cups and lids

If cups or lids are reported as damaged or faulty within the required reporting period:

  • We will replace only the quantity confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Replacement will be limited strictly to the confirmed damaged quantity, and not the entire box or order.

Refunds are generally not provided for consumable products where replacement is possible.

Returns of non-faulty items

As we supply business customers only, we do not offer a general right to return products.

However, if we agree to accept a return at our discretion:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resaleable condition

Approved returns will be subject to:

  • 20% restocking fee
  • Return courier costs

These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Returns must be authorised by us before being sent
