EASY CARE

Roller Maintenance

Prior to any maintenance please ensure machine is switched off and with power disconnected.

Clean the chuck and two rollers thoroughly.
Use alcohol or any food safe cleaning agent with a clean cloth for wiping.
Apply a small amount of food grade lubricating oil on the bearing surfaces if required.

EASY CARE

Base Plate Maintenance

Clean any spills on the base, do not let liquid (from spills or cleaning operations) dry or leak inside the base.
Remove the central hexagonal screw from the base.
Lift base plate and slide the three prongs out. Clean with warm soapy water and rinse.
Clean the base with small brush and food safe cleaning agent whilst limiting any liquid falling onto the sensor beneath the base.
Ensure all surfaces are wiped clean and dry, prior to re assembly. DO NOT over-tighten the central hexagonal bolt as this might lead to striped threads or impinged base plate.
If water is used, ensure all components are thoroughly dried.
Apply a small amount of food safe lubricating grease if needed to aid movement of base plate and prongs.
